Our Whole Beef option is the best cost-per-pound value and is perfect for large families and sharing. It includes roughly 400–500 lbs of finished beef that fully customizable from nose to tail: steak cuts, grind ratio, roasts, bones, organs (optional). Everything is included, with maximum control over what you receive.

Great for families who regularly enjoy beef, our Half Beef option is roughly 200–250 lbs of finished beef. This option includes larger portions of all steak cuts and roasts, more ground beef and stew meat, and is customizable to your preferences on steak thickness, roast sizes, etc.

Great for smaller families, our Quarter Beef is roughly 100–125 lbs of finished, packaged beef. A balanced mix of cuts from the front and back half, this is ideal for trying a little bit of everything. Packaged, labeled, and ready for your freezer, our quarter beef option includes a nice variety of butchers standard cuts (not customizable) including:
• Steaks (ribeye, sirloin, filet, etc.)
• Roasts (chuck, rump, sirloin tip, etc.)
• Ground beef (usually the largest portion)
• Short ribs, stew meat, and sometimes soup bones
